These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website (sallyshufflepants.co.uk) and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, you must contact us by e-mail or call us on 01524 273710, between the 9am – 5pm Monday- Friday.

Use of the website

You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these conditions.

Registration

You agree that:

• The personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects: and
• You will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting us by email or by calling 01524 273710 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
• You agree not to impersonate any other person or to use a false name or a name you are not authorised to use.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.
• Change the conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Pricing

• All prices are accurate at the time of publishing and include VAT where applicable.
• All prices are subject to adjustment including any changes to the rate of VAT. You will be notified of any price changes at the time of ordering.

Portrayal of Products

• Every attempt is made to portray items as accurately as possible, although slight variations may occur.
• All measurements and age guidelines are approximations.
• The reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and publishing procedures will allow. Please be aware that there may be differences in colour depending on individual screen calibration.

Promotions

• Please note that promotions and sales are not valid together. Only one promotion can be used in a single order.

Availability

• All items are subject to availability.
• While every effort is made to keep our stock levels up to date, there may be some instances where items you have ordered are not available. Should this occur your order may be delayed for up to 28 days while our stocks are replenished.
• Express delivery orders will be shipped within the agreed time limit regardless of item availability.
• Standard delivery items will be delivered as they come into stock.
• You may remove any out of stock items from your order. Please call 01524273710 to arrange this.
• You will be informed as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available.

By credit card

We accept the following credit and debit cards;

• Delta
• Switch/ Maestro

Credit cards will only be charged once your goods are ready for despatch.

By cheque

Cheques can only be used as payment on orders received through the post. Cheques should be made payable to Sally Shufflepants Ltd.

For security reasons all cheques are banked upon receipt.

Orders will be shipped once cheques have cleared, please allow 10 days for clearance.

Please note: Express Delivery is not available on cheque orders.

VAT

Where appropriate, products are subject to a VAT charge of 17.5%. This charge is included in the displayed item price. For delivery outside the EU, VAT is calculated and displayed on the website together with a VAT-exclusive amount which will be charged for the goods purchased.
