delivery and returns

We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days from receipt of the order.

Sometimes, however, during our busier periods your order may take a little longer to despatch. If, at any point, you would like to check the progress of your order you can call us on 015242 73710 or e-mail info@sallyshufflepants.co.uk.

Christmas Delivery

For Christmas delivery** we can accept orders on Standard Delivery up to midday on the 20th December. Express Delivery orders can be accepted up to midday on the 22th December.

** provided the goods ordered are in stock.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery to UK addresses is charged at £4.99

Delivery is Free for orders over £30 to UK addresses

* Parcels will require a signature on delivery.

We are unable to offer this service to the following postcodes: AB, BT, CI, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH. TR21 and  ZE.

For the above postcodes delivery will be charged at cost. Orders over £30 will receive a £4.99 discount on postage.

Special Requirements

If you have any special delivery requirements please either complete the 'special requirements' section on the Order Confirmation page of your web order, or let us know when phoning your order through.

For security reasons orders cannot be accepted for delivery to P.O. Box addresses.

"Jump the Queue" Express Delivery

You can have your order fast-tracked using our 48-hour* Express Delivery service. Your order must be received before 12 noon to be despatched the same day (providing the goods ordered are in stock). Payment must be made with a valid credit or debit card. In case of a query we need a mobile and landline telephone number.

* Service applies to Monday to Friday deliveries ONLY.

48 hour service - £8.99   Orders received by 12 noon Monday to Wednesday should be delivered within 48 hours, Thursday orders delivered Monday, Friday orders delivered Tuesday. Deliveries will commence between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm

For orders over £30 the 48 hour service to UK addresses - £4.50

We are unable to offer this service to the following postcodes: AB, BT, CI, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH. TR21 and  ZE.

NOTE: To guarantee delivery of Express Orders on time you must ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery otherwise delays could be incurred.

Overseas Orders (including BFPO and Channel Islands)

Airmail postage will be charged at cost, plus a £4 handling charge. Although this website is not designed to calculate overseas postage upon order confirmation, postage rates can be obtained by calling us on 01524273710. Alternatively, once you have placed your order we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to inform you of the postage charge and to make sure you are happy to proceed before completing your order.

Returns

If anything you have bought is not as expected, we will promptly issue a refund or exchange the item upon return of the goods (as long as it is in a saleable condition) within 28 days of the date of despatch. Your original or return postage will not be refunded.

For damaged or faulty items please contact us on 015242 73710 and we will arrange for collection. If you have returned a faulty or damaged item without arranging collection, any return postage costs incurred will be refunded to you.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.
